    Job Overview & Responsibilities

    Position Title: Cyber Security Engineer

    Project Name: Undersea Tracking Range Equipment (UTRE or Pingers)

    Location: KMS Newport RI (Naval Undersea Warfare Center)

    Responsibilities: Work conducted by KMS is in support of Submarine Combat Systems and Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems as well as Undersea Ranges and Facilities. KMS requires all skill levels from basic patching operations thru vulnerability assessment conducted by Fully Certified Navy Validators.


    Job Requirements:


    • Active SECRET Clearance or better


      IA Certifications Comptia A+ or better, and operating systems certification (Windows or Linex)


    • IT/IA degree or engineering degree


    • 2+ years experience
